Textured cut pile is a great choice if you are looking for a low-maintenance option that won’t show up vacuum marks or footprints.
Saxony carpet is a smoother and softer carpet that provides a luxurious finish with a soft, velvety feel.
Frieze carpet has a knobbly finish due to the high twist and is very durable and hardwearing. It’s also available in differing pile heights, changing the look of the carpet.
A cable carpet is made from longer and thicker yarn, making it very comfortable. It is crushed underfoot, which means it can withstand heavy traffic.
Looped or Berber carpet is made from bulky yarn, which is produced in a level loop or multi-level loop.
Cut and loop carpet includes both looped yarns and cut yarns, which creates a pattern because of the different textures. It is sometimes called patterned carpet because it looks like a pattern has been carved into the carpet.
