A Flooring Boutique returned a really competitive quote (much cheaper than the long established business based on Lordship Lane) in addition to excellent customer service from the start. Prompt, polite, friendly, hardworking and efficient fitters, I am really pleased with my new carpets (2 bedrooms and a hallway) and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

It can be tempting to go with a larger 'high street' retailer but I'm so glad we went with A Flooring Boutique because we got excellent customer service, the fitters were super professional, very helpful with the moving of some furniture too. The finish of the fitting was noticeable better than others we had in the past. We're delighted with our new carpet. thank you!

Really pleased with the brilliant service at A flooring Boutique. Lots of advice and no sales pressure when choosing a new stair carpet. The fitting team were also great and went the extra mile cleaning up as they went and even lifting the left over cuts into my loft! Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish! Billy and his team were really friendly, honest, helpful, flexible and very professional. They all worked very hard to make sure everything was finished on time despite the very tight deadline . The end result is beautiful and price competitive. Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish! Billy was so helpful when it came to helping me choose the right carpet and the fitters where excellent. We just had our flooring done into laminate and it was done to a very good spec.
The timing, materials and work was all done as discussed and planned. They were also very mindful of our neighbours and made sure that the disruption was to a minimum.
They were also very responsive to follow ups and any changes I have asked for.

We had a great experience with Billy and the team. Their shop is round the corner from our house but they could have been from across the country and it wouldn't have mattered.
Firstly they were able to provide both flooring and carpeting services under one deal. They had a wide range of materials to choose from and allowed us to take sample board home to check what they would like. We ordered a special smoked wood that the manufacturer warns varies from the pictures depending on the wood. When the material arrived and was much more blue than the sample boards, the team halted work and communicated with us really well. They brought the rep to the house to confirm the batch wasn't faulty and then gave us the weekend and a bunch of sample boards so that we could double check our choice.
Then when we confirmed we were still happy with the choice and they restarted the work they laid a small section in the hallway for one "last check". During works they made sure to protect all our furniture with dust sheets and when the work was complete the place was dusted down and left spotless. We were left with a few surplus materials "just in case" and the price came in exactly as agreed in advance with no hidden extras. I don't know if there are cheaper alternatives, the ones we checked were all in the same ballpark, but I would recommend these guys regardless - they keep their promises, communicate well and deliver a quality finish.

Billy and his team are highly professional and provide excellent customer service. The carpets that have been fitted in my school, where I am headteacher, are of excellent quality, very competitively priced and have been fitted exceptionally well. Billy has been extremely helpful on numerous occasions, he has advised on suitable carpets and has ensured that the finish is to the highest standard. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly be using them again in the future.

A Flooring Boutique provided an excellent service from start to finish. When we first arrived at the store we weren’t sure what we wanted but thanks to the great guidance and expertise offered we soon came to a decision we were really happy with. We had our loft extension carpeted, as well as two stairways and the lower landing and we are over the moon with how it looks. We would not hesitate to use them again.
